The Micro's team is ready to welcome you. We will play lots of fun games that develop the skills needed for rugby. Although there will be an element of competition the main focus is FUN! Our coaches are experienced, passionate and ready to help the players progress. As well as, rugby we have plenty of social events during the season to build team cohesion.

We train on Sundays (10.00 -12.00).
