This is a crucial meeting in the annual calendar for the Club and all paid up members are invited to attend. If your membership is not up to date you can update your records or pay online using the QR code below. Non-playing friends’ memberships are available from £5 per month and we encourage past friends and players alike to join up.

The meeting will receive reports from the Chairman and Club Sections, and it is an opportunity for attending members to acknowledge what has been done on their behalf by the officers, our volunteers, and employees during the year. It is also at this meeting that key Annual Club Awards are recognised and members of the Management Committee for the season 2025-26 will be elected.

Please note that for members to be eligible to vote on matters at the AGMs their subscriptions need to be fully paid-up or being paid in accordance with the monthly payment plans permitted by the club. If you wish to bring your payments up to date or setup a monthly payment plan, please contact me in advance of the meeting.
