We are in the middle of the installation of our new LED Floodlights, which will double the luminosity of the previous floodlights, which were failing and at end of life, and will consume half of the power.

Kevin and the team have secured grant funding from the Key Fund and revenue support from the West of England Combined Authority, however we have a shortfall of £16,000 which will be serviced out of our income via a loan.

To help us bridge the cost of the loan we are asking all our members and supporters to help where they can. You can help in 1 or more ways:

• Join our 200 Club and encourage your friends and family to do likewise; this is £30 for a year’s membership - just £2.50 a month. Half of all proceeds are paid out in cash prizes each month. If each member or player gets 3 or 4 new 200 club members, we are halfway to meeting the loan payments. We have a QR Code to help you sign up. Tim runs the 200 Club.
• Make a one-off donation of £500 (for example) to the club specifically to help with the repayment of the Floodlight loan. If you are a UK tax-payer the Club will also be able to recover Gift Aid f £125 from HMRC to top up your donation. Please pay by BACS to the Club Account with Floodlights as the Reference and let Tim, Kevin or Randall know if we can claim gift aid.
• Come to the Club, ensure you have a social or playing membership, (Windy can help with this) and drink more beer (Doris can help with this).
