Meet at St Mary's Club House at 9.30am. If you are making your own way to club then meet at Plymouth Albion RFC by 12.30pm.<br>

<b><i>Everyone is to be out on pitch ready to warm up by 1pm at the very latest.</b></i><br>

<b>PRE-MATCH ATTIRE</b><br>
Everyone has to wear training kit and St Mary's green hoodie when arriving at club house.<br>

<b>POST-MATCH ATTIRE</b><br>
Everyone has to wear black St Mary's No.1 shirt with black trousers/skirt (no denim) and shoes/flip flops (no trainers).<br>

<i>£1 fines will be enforced</i><br>
