ST Mary's Ladies are through to the next round of the RFUW National Challenge Cup after seeing off Weston-super-Mare-based Hornettes Ladies 15-0.
The Winterbourne-based side carry the region's hopes on their shoulders as the last ones remaining in the competition.
Mary's dominated throughout, but only had a five-point lead to show for all their hard work at the interval, thanks to a debut try from full-back Jen Cheshire.
Mary's continued to pile on the pressure after the break with wing Laura Rugman causing havoc in the Hornettes defence. Her surging runs created numerous scoring opportunities, with lock Bridget Sanger, pictured, the beneficiary as she claimed two tries. Saints take on Paignton Ladies tomorrow.
